  • April 23 – Hard-to-find Dark beers from Westside Wine & Spirits

    After taking a week off, Ross invites James and Jon back and they bring some fares from a non-NSLC in Clayton Park: “Westside Wine & Spirits”. They try some choices James made in the “Werewolf” Porter from Burnside Brewing, the “Onyx” Stout from Propeller, and the “Caber Crusher” stout from Lunn’s Mill.

    Ahead of St Patrick’s Day, Ian and Ross drink two Irish Red Ales, the Jeezus Murphy from Saltbox Brewing Co, and the Cole Harbour Red from North Brewing.

    Ian and Ross try to get through a full 4-pack of imperial stouts, the Mambo series, from 2 Crows Brewing. Numbered 1 through 4, they use flavours of marshmallow, graham cracker, coffee, cacao, and maple syrup.
