Apr 9 – Stouts we’ve had before
Ross and Ian revisit one or two stouts, and also a new one to us. Mostly by accident. We drink the “Cherry Brandy” Chocolate Stout from Roof Hound, the “Headline” Milk Stout from North Brewing, and the “Forgive Me Father” coffee stout from Church Brewing Co.

April 2 – An evening with Les Bart from Roof Hound Brewing Co
Ian and Ross sit down and chat with Les, brewmaster of Roof Hound, about the history of Roof Hound, and three beers in particular: The Festbier lager, the Big Stink IPA, and the Big Brown Ale.

Jan 2 – Old Stouts and New
Ross finds a dusty old Christmas beer from the closet, not realizing it’s actually part of this year’s fare from Roof Hound. The 8:05 Chocolate Mint Stout, then since Ian is away, decides to pair it against the small-batch Coffee Cacao stout from Keith’s brewery. Since they don’t count anyway.

June 27 – Stiff Stouts for Stout Stiffs
Ian and Ross try the “Bar Dog Stout” from Horton Ridge Malt House, as it was described as “the best stout in NS” and compare it to “Incident 67” Salted Caramel Stout from Roof Hound Brewing Co.
