Apr 9 – Stouts we’ve had before
Ross and Ian revisit one or two stouts, and also a new one to us. Mostly by accident. We drink the “Cherry Brandy” Chocolate Stout from Roof Hound, the “Headline” Milk Stout from North Brewing, and the “Forgive Me Father” coffee stout from Church Brewing Co.

April 23 – Hard-to-find Dark beers from Westside Wine & Spirits
After taking a week off, Ross invites James and Jon back and they bring some fares from a non-NSLC in Clayton Park: “Westside Wine & Spirits”. They try some choices James made in the “Werewolf” Porter from Burnside Brewing, the “Onyx” Stout from Propeller, and the “Caber Crusher” stout from Lunn’s Mill.

Oct 17 – Stouts of the Wolf & Pony variety
Ian and Ross try two stouts, the Wolf Hall Stout from Paddy’s Pub Brewery, and the Twinkle Pony Tiramisu Stout from North Brewing. This attempts to answer a very old, anecdotal question in my family… can a wolf beat up a pony?

June 27 – Stiff Stouts for Stout Stiffs
Ian and Ross try the “Bar Dog Stout” from Horton Ridge Malt House, as it was described as “the best stout in NS” and compare it to “Incident 67” Salted Caramel Stout from Roof Hound Brewing Co.
